Chef ( Thong ) Yuthajak He beginning with fun and unique style a very creative and a blessed hands. Born and raised in Thailand.

As a holder of a Bachelor degree in Hotel & Management at Dusit Thani University located in Thailand. The country next door opened him an opportunity. After worked and travelled to collect experienced from different prestigious restaurant accross all over Europe. As his mentor trained by Chef Anmanda Gale and Chef Daniel Moran to become a better chef. With a good reputation, A privillaged to worked a world-renowned Chef David Thompson and Chef Jean Vongerichten. And become a private chef in Spain and Maldives. 

Although he had an excellent knack of knowing how to present a dishes in a way that would enhance the flavor in every meal that he creates reflect these values providing not only excellent taste but also nourished for his mind and body..

This will helped him to develop an interest and passion for cooking and he therefore returned to his homeland  and started his own restaurant industry “ NAMED GLUTTONY BY THE SIN”
